Deon Abdullah at Holistic Coalition is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I first met him a year ago when I was getting massage with my chiropractic treatment, but right away I realized that the massage from Deon was far more beneficial than the chiropractic care. Since I’ve been seeing Deon regularly for massage this year, I have not needed to visit the chiropractor.
Myofascial release is the main reason I started massage with Deon. I have chronic pain due to iliotibial band syndrome and have achieved more relief from that pain in just a few massage sessions with Deon than I got after a full year of physical therapy.
Deon advertises that he is "beyond a therapist" and I totally agree. Through his background as a personal trainer he has honed his skills in all aspects of fitness. He is trained in a variety of massage and holistic methods. His interpersonal and communication skills are excellent. In addition to being a master of his craft, he is also a really nice person, very caring and kind.
