    How to use: For sore muscles use 1 cup of our Muscle Recovery Bath salt in a standard-size bathtub. While filling the tub with warm water, pour the salt into the running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes a day as needed or after exercise. For best results, follow up with our Rejuvenating Relief Butter. It's the perfect pair leaving your skin hydrated and your body relaxed.
